TERMS AND CONDITIONS
If the packaged product is faulty on delivery, it must be reported to us within 7 business days. Notify us via phone, email or fax. If this occurs, we will offer a total refund on the cost of the goods and postage. If you are not pleased with your purchase and change your mind, we will refund the cost of the goods (postage exclusive) when returned to us in the original condition.
